Ø Festival of the Arts –Next weekend in Downtown Grand Rapids on June 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th, insha’Allah. Signup to volunteer and make this another successful event for the Masjid. For further details, contact Bro. Ismail Lubis or Bro. Mukhtar Ahmed.

o Meeting for Festival preparation – Friday (today) after Salatul Asr

o Urgent, Volunteers needed! Thursday June 2^nd after Salatul Dhuhr at Masjid’s storage and at 6 p.m. at Festival site – Downtown GR.

Ø Construction Updates – The painter is working to finish all the touch up by end of today, Friday. We need to install the hand sink in the kitchen before applying for the permit. We cannot be using the lower level for anything at all until we pass the inspection. Any use can put our permit at risk. For further updates or information, contact Dr. Ali Metwalli.

Ø Iqamah Times –Until further notice, the Iqamah will be at 30 minutes after the Adhan of Salatul Fajr, 15 minutes after the Adhan of Salatul Dhuhr and Salatul Asr, and 10 minutes after the Adhan of Salatul Maghrib and for Isha is right after Adhan, insha Allah.

Ø Adult Arabic Classes – Beginning Arabic with Sheikh Morsy every Tuesday between Salatul Maghrib and Salatul Isha, insha Allah. Basic reading class conducted by Bro. Ø Al Huda Weekend School - Classes are on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM until Salatul Dhuhr. For further information or updates please contact the school principal, Bro. Haneef Muhammad.

Ø Advertisements – If you would like to advertise your business, service, items for sale or rent, items wanted or needed, etc. contact Bro. Ismail Lubis. Anything posted on or around the notice area without authorization will be taken down and discarded.

Ø Family Prayer –Every Saturday morning at Salatul Fajr. Bring the whole family out for Salah and a brief dars by Sheikh Morsy.

Ø Daily Classes with Sheikh Morsy –Fridays (Fiqh), Saturdays (Tafseer), Sundays (Tajweed) and Wednesdays (Seerah). All of these short classes will take place between Salatul Maghrib and Salatul Isha, insha Allah.

Ø Sister’s Halaqah – Every Thursday at the Masjid from 12:30 PM until Salatul Dhuhr with Sheikh Morsy. Good opportunity to bond with your sisters in a format consisting of a short dars, tajweed, fiqh issues and questions and answers. Sisters Only.
